Erick Sermon Says Craig Mack Knew He Was Going to Die

A few days ago (precisely, March 12th), Craig Mack, the rapper responsible for launching Diddy's Bab Boy Records back in 1994 passed away. Although it took the public by surprise, a lot of people that were close to him knew he was very sick. One of those people is legendary rapper, one half of the rap group, EPMD, Erick Sermon. According to him, Craig Mack had called him a couple of months ago to let him know that he might be dying real soon.

Read Erick Sermon's words below...

"Craig Mack called us about 6 months ago and told us that he was real sick, that he might be dying soon. So, he called all his friends that he went to school with...he called a few of us. So we kind of knew what was going on. He only had twenty five percent of his heart that he was using. When you would talk to him on the phone, he would kind of like, you know, daze off for like ten minutes at a time to catch his breath some times, and then he would come back to the phone. So, this is not a surprise to us. To people watching, it is a surprise, but we knew he was dying." (Eric Sermon Interview with TMZ about Craig Mack's Death)

I only knew he disappeared from the scene, i never knew he was that sick. May his soul rest in peace.
